Stefan Watermeyer is another on a long production line of precocious talents to come out of Waterkloof High School. A gifted, and incredibly tough, inside centre, 2009 has seen Stefan overcome a number of injuries to force his way into the senior Currie Cup side at the tender age of 21. His performances in the Currie Cup this year have minimized the effect of Wynand Olivier’s recall to the Springbok side.
