Conrad is an extremely talented sportsman who had a few options when he left school about which sport to pursue. Rugby was the winner at the end of the day and Conrad has shown his worth by representing teams at provincial and International level.  Conrad made his debut for the Springboks in 2001 and has since earned 24 caps.  Conrad currently plays his rugby in the Cape and is the fullback for the Vodacom WP side.
