Greg JamesFollowing a successful career at Glencore in Switzerland, Greg James returned to South Africa and founded the Sagitta Group, a diverse private equity company. His expertise includes financial management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and business turnaround. Greg established the JAG Sports and Education Foundation in 2007 to create positive change in the lives of previously disadvantaged children in South Africa through sport and education. The Sagitta Group purchased a controlling stake in Prosport International in 2008.

Craig LivingstoneCraig Livingstone is a qualified attorney who largely pioneered sports agency in South Africa after the 1995 Rugby World Cup, when rugby became professional. Craig is responsible for contract negotiation, sponsorships and endorsements, and regularly travels the world meeting international clients and seeking new business opportunities for his clients and the Group.

Mike MakaabThe first FIFA accredited agent in South Africa and ex-Orlando Pirates coach, Mike Makaab, has a clear passion for football and spends his time securing the best career paths for his clients. He is responsible for global football contract negotiation, sponsorships and endorsements, and travels the world extensively to promote African football and footballers alike.

Francesco FerreriFrancesco Ferreri is a qualified attorney who manages Prosport International’s South African football division. Francesco is responsible for all contract negotiations, sponsorships and endorsement deals based in South Africa.

Pashalis TountourisPashalis Tountouris is involved as a licensed football agent since 1999, as a director of Prosport International, which is the biggest football agency in Africa with European offices in the UK and in Greece. He is a graduate of American College Anatolia in Thessaloniki. He has got a Masters degree specialized in Sports Management from Middlesex University in London where he spent 4 years. His work is wide spread in most European countries since he has successfully transferred international football players from Greece and South Africa to many top European clubs.

Fiona De SouzaFiona De Souza has had over a decade of experience with the Prosport International team and assists with client management, marketing and PR. Responsible for opening the Cape Town office, she now looks after high profile clients like Ryk Neethling, Schalk Burger and Graeme Smith. Fiona manages all athlete bookings, appearances and speaking engagements.

Christian AbtChristian Abt is a qualified attorney representing Prosport International in the UK and manages rugby players based in England, Ireland and Wales. Christian is responsible for all contract negotiations, sponsorships and endorsements based in Britain and Ireland.

Peter SchultzPeter Schultz is a qualified attorney who manages Prosport International’s South African rugby division. Peter also manages players based in France along with our French partners. Peter is responsible for all contract negotiations based in South Africa and France.
Director: Finance
Vasie GovenderVasie Govender heads up the Finance Department for Prosport International. Vasie has been with the Group since 2002 and works closely with the Sagitta Group in terms of the financial management of Prosport International and that of the athletes.
